The motor rotates the cutter discs and profiled knives to cut the grain by means of pulleys, stepless variable speed pulleys and timing tooth pulleys. The steering handle is adjusted to increase or decrease the speed of the cutter discs during operation; another transmission line is driven by two-stage V-belt pulleys and worm gears to rotate the three sets of rollers. The rollers are equipped with compression springs, rubber rollers and plastic rollers. When the two sets of rubber rollers are rotating, the rubber rollers not only act as a clamping device, but also as a conveyor for the grain. The distance between the two rollers can also be adjusted according to the diameter of the grain to meet the requirements of different grain diameters for threshing.
