Working Principle
Rice mill machine :
rice get through the feeder come to milling space ,then rice would be squeezed by bearing and rice blades. In this step rice will be shelled and come to discharge port of rice,unique design of discharge port will separate whole rice from broken one. At the same time broken rice bran will get through screen and go to bran bag, user can use the bran powder as animal feed .
Grain grinder:
Raw material keep being pulverizing by high speed spinning tooth then turn to powder . It use sieve of different size mesh to control the size of powder. We usually provide two kind of sieve with machine. Structure of this machine is very simple. You can understand the working principle and learn to operate it easily.
Spice grinder is built up of housing,cover,rotor complement,screen,drawing-in device and framework.The housing and rotor complement build smashing room.The main work part of Spice grinder is the tooth-claw which is installed on the rotor,and the tooth-claw smashes kinds of grain materials in the smashing room.
